"Name not available" in audio mixer. Please help!

I really don't know, all problems like this are accompanied by random music r adds playing. I've never seen this problem alone before. I'm confident it's not malware related, none of the scanners come up with anything.

Not sure where to go from here.

It's weird though, that running the tools helped for some times, like sometimes it didn't come up for a day, then I put it to sleep, still didn't come back but when I shut down my computer and turned it back on in the morning, it came back. I also believe it's grabbing a quite big amount of fps from my LoL. It takes like 20-30 fps from what I had earlier. What do you think I should do? Would a format help?

The only thing that I saw was that ComboFix kept finding these temp files:

c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_ctypes.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_elementtree.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_hashlib.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_multiprocessing.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_socket.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\_ssl.pyd
c:\users\MSI\AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI37002\pyexpat.pyd

I'm not sure what they're from but I've seen them before and I don't think they're malware related.
From some reason they keep re-appearing.

Would a format help?

There's no reason to do that.

Try running CCleaner to clean out temp files.
See if it stops

You can run ComboFix as before and see if it stops.
