Trojan.Agent found in C:\installer.exe (trojan or fp?)

Hi can anyone tell me if this is a trojan or fp. please reply since I will not remove it until i get confirmation. Thanks!

Malwarebytes is aggressive executables launching from root as this is a very common launching point for malware and no executables should be either stored or launched from there .

Move this file to another location (like docs) and run another scan , that scan will very likely come up clean .
