HamPAL.exe False Positive (?)

I have been using this program for many years. All of a sudden malewarebytes claims it is a trojan. Actually sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt.

I would like to know why sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt.

Also would like to know if it is a false positive, since thousands of Amateur radio operators use this program.

I tried to do as requested by running: mbam.exe /developer, but when I did it came up with no results...clean scan.

So I have attached the original log file from running the program the normal way doing a "full scan" :

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.60.0.1800

If you need more info please let me know via the email acct. you have on file with this acct. I do not frequent this site.

I have also attached the file that is being called a trojan.

Thanks,

John

Forgot to add, I DO NOT have this program installed on this lap top. Only have the exe file saved on here. It is installed on one of my main pc's that malwarebytes has yet claimed it is a trojan. Then again I dont use that pc that often.

Thanks
