this has got me a bit confused. I have this in my bookmarks as
www.virscan.org
and its resulting in an ip block for IP 218.7.112.240 but I found that
virscan.org
living on IP 123.164.66.242 is not.
what has got me confused here is if you click the Main logo on the page that isn't blocked (the one on IP 123.164.66.242) it adds the www. prefix and results in an IP block for IP 218.7.112.240

Seems it's moved itself or part of it, into China. I'll get it unblocked, cheers.
