Hi I need help with a virus PLEASE

Hello, I've recently visited a website that I think somebody was trying to infect me with. I do not remember downloading anything from the website but a couple minutes later my norton acted up and said "JavaLoad.exe has been removed"

Should I be worried. I ran malware bytes and nothing popped up except a malware which got removed. I'm currently doing a full system scan to see results. Could somebody please help me out?
