i noticed it running in the task manger what exactly is it i cant find anything on google or why it would even be running?

thanks but that stuff is already turned off


but i think i found the cause it turns out when i sign into yahoo messenger this process turns on but even signing out and closing yahoo messenger doesnt turn it off i have to manually kill it no clue why
