Bluescreen Windows XP start up problem

Hi

I am having problems with my XP laptop. The Windows splash screen appears but I cannot gain access to my files as a very quick (too quick for me to read) bluescreen message flashes and automatically restarts my laptop repeatedly.I cannot boot into Safe Mode or any of the other options in the list.

Can Malwarebytes help with this problem ? Is there a Malwarebytes boot up disk available?

So need your help as I cannot access my essential work files.

It sounds as though something may have damaged your operating system. We don't have a bootable version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware at this time, and even if we did, I doubt it would help as it sounds as though the problem is most likely due to damage to the operating system, not necessarily the presence of an infection (although an infection may certainly be responsible for the damage itself).

I would highly recommend that you create a NEW topic here describing the problem you're experiencing.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one on one assistance with getting your system to boot up properly again as well as clean any infections from the system which might be present when one becomes available.

Please note that it may take 48 hours or more for you to receive a response in the malware removal forum, as it is often busy at times. Please do not reply to your own post asking for help unless its been more than 48 hours since you originally posted, as this can make it appear as though you are being helped and take longer for you to get help.
