Recently, my startup page was changed to 'http://www2.mystart....tb&v=1_0&ent=hp'

After repeatedly trying to change my startup page and searching on google for solutions, i found out that my computer's infected.

I recently downloaded 2 programmes, best video downloader - http://www.bestvideodownloader.com/

And paratelogic data recovery - http://paretologic-d...n.softonic.com/

I can't really remember which was the one that gave me this problem though.

I've run scans with malwarebytes already but not malicious items have been found.

I need help, please! Thank you!

In addition to mystart incredibar, you may also have picked up some other malware.
We cannot work on malware removal in this sub-section of the forum, so please read below for assistance with cleaning your system.

IMPORTANT: Please do NOT use any temporary file cleaners unless instructed to do so - they can cause data loss, making recovery difficult.
