Am not able to Enable Malicious Website Blocking

With a new installation of Malwarebytes Pro, I am not able to select the enable malicious website blocking option. I have attached the recommended files; please tell me what steps I need to take to allow me to activated the disabled option.

The computer is infected with what is probably the ZeroAccess rootkit.

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.
