I searched on the internet about this and found this:  http://forums.malwar...howtopic=125044

It says to run mbam-check, upload the latest protection logs and run dds.scr and attach the output files.  I've done this here:

Your system shows signs of damage, likely caused by infection, either past or present, which is it what is preventing Malicious Website Blocking from functioning. Please follow the instructions provided here and post the requested information in a new topic here to receive assistance from one of our volunteer malware removal specialists or simply create a helpdesk ticket here to contact our Support department directly so that they may assist you with this via email.

Once the system is cleaned of any infections and repairs are made to any damage done by the infections, your Malicious Website Blocking protection will be functional again.

Ok, so the helpdesk link you gave me didn't work.  The site is up, but when you enter your information and click submit it says:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@www-en.origin.mb-internal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

so I will be trying the other links you mentioned.  But if any mbam folks are out there, please fix the helpdesk page!

Just a quick update for anyone following this thread, the issue with the Support contact page should be corrected now.
