It says to run mbam-check, upload the latest protection logs and run dds.scr and attach the output files. I've done this here:

Ok, so the helpdesk link you gave me didn't work. The site is up, but when you enter your information and click submit it says:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, email@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
so I will be trying the other links you mentioned. But if any mbam folks are out there, please fix the helpdesk page!
