HI I want to do a system recovery on my computer because it is freezing alot and for some reason mbam and norton 360 say my system is clean. Anyway I purchased the full version of mbam a while ago and I want to know where I can find my key so I won't have to purchase another one when I have to re download everything.

It will be in the email from Cleverbridge. Do you not have it any more?

In the About tab in Malwarebytes you will see your ID.

Search your Registry for that ID and you will find the Key in the same folder.

Run regedit. Then click Edit, then Find, then type your ID in the box and keep clicking Find Next until you see your ID and Key in the right hand side panel.

It shows
Name: (default)
Type: REG_SZ
Data: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" %1
That is where it stops after hitting find and find next.

Maybe it's different in Windows 7. It works on my XPSP3 machine. You could try sending a PM to an Admin and asking them how to get your ID and Key from Cleverbridge.

It doesn't work for Microsoft stuff. You can get Keyfinder programs, but we're not allowed to recommend anything like that here because of potential security problems.
