Hello pappystocker1, and welcome to the forums here at Malwarebytes.org :)

Did you have Malwarebytes (mbam) registered already on the HD that died?

As a side note, when replying, please use the "ADD REPLY" button located at the bottom of the page.

Thank you :)

Hi pappystocker1,

Make sure there are no spaces before the ID and Key numbers when you paste them. Also make sure there are no trailing spaces.

It's an easy thing to miss, especially with a copy/paste operation.

Format should be 12345 or 12345-67890 for the ID with a combination of letters and numbers (some older ID's were shorter and only used 5 characters.)

Format should be AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD for the Key with a combination of letters and numbers.

To add to what's already been said, be sure you're copying and pasting directly from the confirmation email from Cleverbridge.

If you need your key & ID or your confirmation email, this information can only be obtained by our reseller, Cleverbridge.
