Installed over the top of 1.45. No issues on XP Pro SP2.

Also, I am running MBAM in on demand mode only.

I guess you have a good reason for sticking with XP Pro SP2 but Microsoft will stop support July 13, 2010 for systems with SP2.

XP SP3 has been available for almost 2 years and has many Critical Updates and several performance improvements.
