Key.exe is being flagged. Is this a false positive?

A full scan indicates Trojan.Agent.CK. However, a context menu scan (right click) indiates that the file is clean. Why this inconsitency? Thank you.

Here is the log file

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean that there is no issue.

In your log I see "Files Infected: C:\Documents and Settings\Bruce\Desktop\collected\key.exe (Trojan.Agent.CK) -> No action taken."

That is the same thing I get in my log on this file and the program flags this as an infected file. However, when I do a context menu scan (right click),i it says that the file is clean.

So this is not consistent. Is the file infected or clean and why do these scans give contradictory results?

Thank you.

Objects scanned: 1 <- this is my context menu scan

C:\Documents and Settings\Bruce\Desktop\collected\key.exe (Trojan.Agent.CK) -> No action taken. <- and it is detected

As this topic is actually about illegal software I am locking the thread.
