I'm not sure of MBAM already has this, but I think that the full version should have the ability to block ads.

If the ad's are on known servers then it may block them. :P You're best off using an anti-ad solution for your browser such as Simple Adblock(IE) or Adblock Plus(Firefox). HP Hosts is plenty enough. :)
