help with firewall

Windows Firewall maybe messing with it. Click Control Panel, Classic View(on the top left)and Windows Firewall. Lastly click disable to see if that fixes the problem.
This isn't a malwarebytes problem so if a mod or someone can move this to PC Help that would be great. Thanks.
