Run the Windows Update Reset Tool:
- Please download the Windows Update Reset Tool from here and save it to your desktop.
- Double click the MicrosoftFixit50202 to begin
- Follow the onscreen instructions and run it in Agressive Mode
- Reboot your computer if asked to do so
- Let me know in your next reply if the issue is corrected
If you continue to have issues after that then I would suggest getting your system checked to verify that it is in fact totally clean of infection:

thanks i will.. but im not too techno minded so when they start giving me codes etc am stumped, will go check thanks again
it didnt work but someone on malewarebytes site mailed me with something else.. and ive done it ME!! its now updating,, many thanks for all ur help...
