  1. Hi Your post does unfortunately not answer my question why Malwarebytes Antimalware did not recognize the mentioned program. Additionally, I would never download anything from an unknown site or from a site that only shows scrambled letters.
  2. ...and I agree, the by far too big screen shot made it almost impossible to read my first post. BTW: Is there a way to edit an already posted contribution? I would have liked to add these lines in the above contribution.
  3. Hi daledoc, I hope I didn't offend you - your post seemed as it had been written for another question before. Sorry for not posting in the right forum at first hand. I have already re-posted my question in the hopefully correct section.
  4. In Firefox 3.6.13, when intending to open a website, an empty page with the words in the upper right hand corner "skip this screen" would come up. Reloading the same page would make disappear this message. My research resulted in the fact that this was caused by a malignous software called "Contextual Tool Yourprofitclub" that installed itself without my consent. De-installing this program (one has to reconfirm a code - see attachment) solved the problem with the nagging screen. I had done a complete scan before with Malwarebytes Antimalware, it however didn't report any anomaly. Why does Malwarebytes Antimalware not recognize this malware? Did confirming the code probably leave some traces on my system?
  5. Hi daledoc, want a bone? This contribution was very obviously written by a computer, not by a human. Why?, you might think. Simple answer: Because it's not answering my question. Here is my question again: Why does Malwarebytes Antimalware not recognize "Contextual Tool Yourprofitclub". Let's see what chances I have this time to get an answer.
  6. My first post was obviously overwritten by the screen shot that I uploaded.
