  1. The latest version of MS Edge Chromium. Version 116.0.1938.76 (Official build) (64-bit)
  2. When I attempt to access the Weather Watcher Live forum, Malwarebytes Guard blocks access to https://www.singerscreations.com/forum/index.php scforum.s3.dualstack.us-east-1.amazonaws.com v2.6.10 | Heuristics: a suspicious download Is the block
  3. I pretty sure this file detection is a FP even though VirusTotal shows 12 venders detecting Casper.dll as malicious. CASPER.zip CasperFP.txt
  4. VirusTotal - File - 5bc43d6c1078600a23ac62380906594639e45ba614674f5ad02143e8d0a13814 jv16pt_setup.zip
  5. In my opinion that recommendation does not speak well for the reliability of Malwarebytes. I suggest that placing the file detection in Always Ignore is a better option. The developers should focus on correcting the deficiencies of these two options so that they do not generate false positives.
  6. It's still detected when I do a complete/full scan. VirusTotal show the file clean. CASPEREUI.zip False Positive.zip
  7. False Positive ?? CASPEREUI.zip False Positive.zip
  8. Here are the logs again. Please note: If you examine my "signature", you will see that my primary security suite is Bitdefender Internet Security 2022. Like some other suites, it dislikes having Malwarebytes and also Spywareblaster running. Therefore I use MBAM as a daily backup scanner to cross check Bitdefender. Until I discovered this "bug", I do not keep MBAM running...no offense :) I only run it to perform the cross check scan. I like Malwarebytes Browser Guard continuously running in MS Edge which is my default and only browser. BD does not have an extension such as Malwarebytes Browser Guard...at least, not that I am aware of. Addition.zip mbst-grab-results.zip
  9. The applies to Windows 10x64 Pro (21H2 (OS Build 19044.1620)) and Windows 11x64 Pro (21H2 (OS Build 22000.58) plus the latest version of MS Edge Chromium browser with Browser Guard V2.3.20 plus MBAM Beta V4.5.7.186, 1.0.1645. If the main program Malwarebytes is not running in memory, every time MS Edge is opened to a website, an additional copy of Malwarebytes Native Message Service is added to memory. Activating MBAM clears out these multiple copies. I don't know if this has been occurring on previous beta versions because I haven't been looking for it.
  10. MBAM is falsely detecting a FileAssassin entry in Scheduled Tasks as a PUP on Windows 11x64 Pro. mbamscanlog.zip
  11. DriverMax Pro is considered a PUP. Should CCleaner be considered a PUP now that it contains a Driver Update tool? Personally I don't feel that neither DriveMax Pro nor CCleaner should be a PUP😏
  12. Trojan.Crypt, C:\PROGRAM FILES\TECHSMITH\SNAGIT 2022\NEWTONSOFT.JSON.DLL is being detected. I ran through VirusTotal with 0 detections. MBAMScan.txt Newtonsoft.Json.zip
  13. Winapp2ool.exe is being detected as malware. File, scan results, and virustotal are attached. MBAMFP.zip
  14. Attached is the UserBenchmark.exe file and the MBAM scan results/log. I'm pretty confident that this is a false positive. NOTE: The forum will not upload these two zipped files for some reason. Below is the log.
