  1. Yep. Again, stellar Malwarebytes customer service (insert roll eyes here). I didn't expect much and I was not disappointed.

  3. I changed computers a while ago and attempted to download the "lifetime" licensed software; the ID and Key didn't work. I emailed customer support with all the information on the receipt that is sitting in front of me and was told that they "had no record" of my transaction. WTH? I paid $14.99 (sale price) for nothing. I thought I'd give Malware bytes one more chance to make good. Admin/Customer support can contact me at
