  1. didn't see how to edit I deleted all 3 partitions and created new ones for windows install changed default isp dns flashed bios to newest version seem to be good now.. not sure which fixed it didn't want to have to keep reinstalling windows to narrow it down
  2. we're you able to solve this? same problem on windows 10. formatted os drive and reinstalled and still happens. Malwarebytes and bit defender don't find anything how can it stay after a complete format?
