  1. Great thanks!! I have cleaned my PC up too that needed a 7 hour defrag so they have both had an overhaul, both have Microsoft Security Essentials I ran security.exe today on mine and all looking good thank you very much and many apologies for stressing Maurice out.
  2. Yes Firefox is installed fine thanks. It has 1hr and 45 mins to defrag!! He has only has the laptop for 5 months I had no idea you had to do this so regularly.
  3. All okay it would seem. I am currently defragmenting it, it is now allowing me to save files to (the defragment one), so it is defragmenting as we speak and new Adobe is on the system. I am now going to degrament this so may not be able to answer anything for a wee while. Thanks lots!

  10. laptop will not allow me to save anything Maurice has asked such as Security Check, it will run the file but will not save it - see above for report laptop WAS NOT allowing access to World of Warcraft - seems to be resolved and is now working laptop WAS NOT allowing access of malwarebytes - seems to be resolved (see above for reports) Maurice asked as above to update and run malwarebytes - report as above Maurice asked me to save security check, one page to me to no response the other took me to a page saying this is security.exe, so I clicked and attempted to save this it would not save as it said it was potentially harmful, however it did allow me to run it which I did - see report as above
