  3. svchost isn't showing up in the audio mixer, PC's running great, and Malwarebytes returns a clean slate! Thanks so much, dude! You really saved me!
  4. I ran that, but I didn't get any malicious results, only locked and unsigned files. TDSSKiller.2.7.48.0_11.08.2012_18.09.56_log.txt
  5. You're dead on about it being a nasty rootkit! Here are the files you asked for. FRST.txt Search.txt
  6. Hi, I'm having symptoms similar to what this guy had: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=113540 However, after repeatedly running Malwarebytes and trying to remove the rootkit in and out of safe mode, svchost no longer appears in the audio mixer and I'm not getting the random audio. I'm still infected, as Malwarebytes keeps finding the same rootkit every time I scan and Microsoft Security Essentials can no longer run. What can I do? Attach.txt DDS.txt
