  1. MEE - client version 1.75.0.1300, DB version 2014.06.05.08 Started reporting it sabotu an hour ago - false positive?
  2. I cannot find anyone to contact regarding the order. There's no phone number to call except for the company who handles payments (Cleverbridge) who seem to have no idea how to process a Purchase Order correctly. In addition, none of the mails I send to sales (Anastasia Stoljarova) ever get through to her (had this problem last year) and all I get back are auto-replies. Can somebody please, for the love of God, contact me so that I can pay for the damn renewal?!?!? Thanks
  3. That's just it. I haven't received an email or anything else with a new license key. Purchase Order was raised through Cleverbridge a month ago.
  4. Hi I renewed my Enterprise subscription a couple of weeks ago, so should still be licensed, but when I open the MEE console I have been greeted by a 'your subscription will expire in X days' message. Today, it tells me that my subscription will expire today - am I supposed to receive a new license key, or will it just roll over automatically? Don't want to end up without protection due to not being able to pull updates Thanks
  5. Hi Lazz I have, in fact, already done this - but was looking for an elegant solution. Thanks anyway.
  6. Hi Is there a way to run up a separate local repository of MEE? I have my server installed at our main colo, and it works well after some fine-tuning, but every time a pattern file is pulled, when it gets pushed out to my clients, it rinses my MPLS links to our two main offices as every client rushes to download at the time specified after the new pattern file is received. There is obviously an element of randomness - based on the time the client starts up - but this isn't very reliable, especially since the majority of clients in one of my offices start up at near enough the same time each day (it's a call centre) If I could get a local repository at each site and point the clients local to that site there for DB updates it would mean I only had to push the pattern file once and clients could update locally - saving me a huge amount of bandwidth every day. If this isn't possible, then even being able to randomise the check-in interval for clients would be a help.
  7. Oops. Just checked - there is indeed now a forum for MEE here Good news!
  8. So, eventually, I got the sales side of things sorted out and am now running the fully licensed version. Despite this being an official release (i.e. non-Beta) it's still an extremely immature product, with lots of small problems and no documentation to speak of. I'm hoping this gets resolved over the next few releases. Reporting in particular is very poor - and the lack of AD integration and inability to set wildcards for scan exclusion is a pain. I'm also having trouble pushing the client out to our non-English speaking offices - I suspect there's an issue with languages that prevents the push install from working. I am now, more thna ever, firmly of the opinion that there should be an Enterprise forum here. If the product is ever to gain widespread acceptance, there needs to be a community built up around it. This benefits not only the userbase, but also Malwarebytes themselves, as many people will be able to resolve problems via the community instead of having to contact support every time.
  9. Well, I ran the trial and worked through my issues. Even had a useful conversation with someone interfacing between sales and development to address some concerns I had. Unfortunately, the sales department has been utterly useless - they can't reliably receive any of my email, I have had very little in the way of a response back despite generating a bidget for purchase, getting a purchase order approved and raised and having the money ready to go. There is no telephone number to contact the salesperson I'm dealing with, and the mails I have sent (at least some of which I can confirm have gone through - the joy of managing my mail servers means I am able to see the logs on our mail gateways) have largely been ignored. I am cancelling my purchase - we'll just renew with our current venor. It's a shame, since the produc looks promising - but I can't waste my life on admin trying to chase a company that doesn't seem interested in taking my money!
  10. Does anybody here think it would be a good idea to have a subforum for the above? I'm evaluating it at the moment and, whilst I'm halfway towards recommending we purchase it at our company, I have several reservations about it. It would be useful for me to have a way of discussing with other people who have/are evaluating the product. At present, I haven't found a way to reliably get information from the search feature of the forum (it doesn't seem to recognise quoted searches, for instance), and I don't want to keep relying on asking questions of the support team at MB if I can get a quick answer from somebody already using the product.
