Hello, I have purchased Malwarebyte last month and been using it but recently I had to re-install it and I have to enter the product ID and number but I can't remember what are they? I looked in all of my emails and could n''t find any information about the purchase or the payment. however it's showing in my bank statement that I paid for it and I have contacted Cleverbridge customer service and TrialPay support and they can't help me. and I have been with no protection for over two weeks now. what do you want me to do? I do need my product ID and number as soon as possible. Thank you
