Hi daledoc1 See this is me beyond novice on understanding computer stuff showing early. lol I have attached a screenshot when I try to move tabs around. The screenshot shows what pops up. If I stop protection then nothing happens. Sorry, I did not explain myself in the first post.

Everytime I try to drop a file/image to upload to Facebook, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive Firefox crashes on me. If I move tabs around Firefox crashes on me. I do not know if I have changed some setting or what. However, please help me. This has gotten beyond annoying. Yes I know I can search and upload the file but sometimes it is easier to just drag and drop the file/image to be uploaded. Thanks for any help provided/offered. Please keep in mind when asking me for specific info that I am beyond a novice on computers. I have Windows 10 I use the anti-vir

I have an iPhone and with Apple stopping support for Quicktime it makes me wonder if iTunes will get the axe next. I do not like Windows Media Player but that is just me. Should I be looking for a new music player next? Thanks for the recommendation about VLC. I have it downloading.

I read today that Apple will not longer offer updates to Quicktime. According to TrendMicro and others Windows users should remove Quicktime. I honestly love watching movies using Quicktime but I do not want to allow hackers access to my computer. If I keep the current version I have will Malwarebytes still check for any malware that comes thru Quicktime? Or should I remove the program and use Windows Media Player?

I tried to change my credit card on my Microsoft account. I could not change it. After 5 days I contacted Microsoft. They changed it but wanted to know why I could not change it myself. So they sent me to Windows support. Like an idiot I allowed Microsoft access to my computer. They turned off Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and several other things. Then disabled it in the task manager. I went back into Task Manager and enabled it to start when I start Windows. However I cannot get it to run. I have uninstalled the program and re-installed it. Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated. I am a premium customer. If admin contacts me by private message I can provide my info. I understand the holiday's are here in the USA. Please, please do NOT take time away from family to work on this problem. I promise it will not bother me if someone is not able to help me until next week. I will also be in and out until next week. I am not traveling but helping my mom cook for friends and family. I will only answer/reply late at night. yardbird I cannot even get TFC to run. I am assuming it does not work for Win 10. I click on it and the program opens when when I click start nothing happens.

I love the temp file cleaner by OldTimer. However it does not work with Windows 10. Can someone please point me to another similar program. When trying to delete these files using Right clicing on drive>>Properties>>Disk Clean Up. The files are not deleted. I have tried to delete these files myself but they are still there in the folder. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the update. I love the new look/interface. I do not know if it was there before I recently purchased a new computer and honestly I don't remember lol. So thankful I have Malwarebytes and the computer guy that highly suggested I keep the program after he installed it. Have a wonderful day team and keep up the amazing work!

I will. I do not know if it makes a difference but my IceDragon looks like Firefox and I am able to use plugin's from Firefox. I am not a fan of Chrome or Google. And I really hate IE. But Firefox keeps freezing up on my when I am on Facebook. I promise if it happens again I will take a screenshot of the error.

I have not had the problem again. So I cannot tell you if this solved it or not. Sorry
