Hi @jrock1960, We usually see that message when a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan is being run and more than one User Account is logged on, or the scan is being run from a User Account that does not have Administrator privileges. Make sure only one User Account is logged in – log out of any others, then run the scan. Also make sure the User Account has Administrator privileges.   11. Hi @mrdodrop, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The two screenshots of the Shopping Cart are both legit. If you noticed the URLs, the extra tags at the end determines which versions of the shopping cart you see. This is done purposefully by our Marketing team. In your first screenshot, that has the "purl-consumer?x-source=website" ending, means you clicked the "Buy Now" from our website. The second screenshot with the "purl-mbam-sem-3-w" means you got to special promo deal. Which is why the price is lower in the second shopping cart. There is also a warning right below the "Price" stating that you get the promo price for one year, after that year, you will be charged the regular price on renewal. Any of the buy.malwarebytes URLs are landing pages run by our eCommerce team. These typically are special promos they run, which is why you see a lot of "Save XX%" and different pricing. The pop-ups you show on your screenshots are legit. After a certain amount of time passes without a potential customer interacting with the page, a pop-up will appear to try entice that potential customer back and to pull the trigger and buy. After the promo expires, all these URLs will simply redirect to our regular Shopping Cart. We made the switch to almost all of our websites to say .com (with the exception of the forums, which will remain .org). If you type in malwarebytes.org this will redirect to the .com version, similar to if you type in blog.malwarebytes.org. I'm not sure why buy.malwarebytes.org is not redirecting, but I'll let our eCommerce and web team know. Let me know if I can assist with anything else. Thanks, Cecile
  12. Hi @Anthony595, so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience making your purchase. The wording on the email is a bit confusing. Clicking that link on your confirmation email, does cancel your auto-renewal aka subscription. Clicking that link does not cancel your current purchase or license. You are still protected for one year after your date of purchase. After that year, if you did cancel your subscription, you'll have to manually renew. Additionally, we do offer non-renewal, one-year purchase of both Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium for customers who are interested. If you head to our online shopping cart, toward the bottom, there is a link to do "manual renewal". Clicking "manual renewal" will take you to a different shopping cart with this manual subscription renewal cart: I will pass along your comments to our eCommerce team.
