malwarebytes freezes when scan reaches MSOCACHE

my mcafee antivirus also gets hung up on this file. -
Hi I am running win7 premium home edition and recently installed malwarebytes, free edition. When scanning, malwarebytes freezes on MSOCACHE/ALLUSERS.......\proof.en\proof.xml. I tried WIN 7 system tools to delete this directory but the tool did not show this directory so it could not be deleted. Any clues as to why this directory cannot be scanned? BTW, I searched the forums but could not find a similar issue posted with a viable solutions.
