Virus? Malwarebytes Error and IE won't open

sedwards posted a topic in Resolved Malware Removal Logs

Working on this PC that seems like it has been infected. It will not open certain filetype (MS Project, MS Excel) and will not open IE (not even in safe mode). I am getting an error 372 when trying to run Malwarebytes and rkill shows no viruses. Any suggestions?
