  1. Hey guys, I just noticed that i have dotted lines around the selected box under settings and History tabs. What ever box I click on a dotted line shows up. I can hit tab and see the dotted line go from one box to the next. Is this a windows issue or malewarbytes issue? I have the latest version of malwarebytes on a clean install of windows 7 64 bit. I've read that this is called a focus rectangle and have seen it before but never in malewarebytes.
  2. For everyone out there with this problem I would highly suggest that you DO NOT add the agent.exe to your exclusion list if you have this problem. The issue is within the battle.net app. To resolve this issue just go into your options and uncheck the peer to peer option. This will download the game from blizzard and will not route your connection thorugh other IP addresses in effort to get you the game quicker. I did not notice a slower download time so do not worry about that. The game actually downloaded a lot quicker for me with peer to peer off. Most of all I recived no notifications from Malwarebytes. Hope this helps anyone having this problem.
  3. And another one.........
  4. Just received 2 more blocks from 41.203.69.3.
  5. Hey guys, First off the latest version of Malwarebytes is doing much better. I like that a lot of the bugs were fixed. I have one question though. I decided to download Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 again from my battle.net application. I am on a fresh install of Windows 7. Diablo 3 downloaded fine. Starcraft 2 also download just fine but I stopped the download about 25% of the way in to download some games off steam. When I started the Starcraft 2 download again I started receiving Malicious Website Blocked messages from Malwarebytes. This continued to happen even after exiting out of Battle.net application and opening it back up and signing on again. Here is what they have been so far: Detection, 6/17/2014 4:16:03 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 6881, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 4:16:03 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 6881, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 4:16:07 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 51459, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 4:16:12 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 51484, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 4:18:12 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 52071, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 4:20:12 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.3, 52660, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:02:19 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 6881, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:02:19 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 6881, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:02:23 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 58757, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:02:27 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 58767, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:04:46 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 59136, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, Detection, 6/17/2014 5:07:09 PM, SYSTEM, COMPUTER NAME, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 41.203.69.2, 59497, Outbound, C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\Agent.2880\Agent.exe, I have read similar posts where this has been happening but the one thing that bothers me the most is the IP Addresses. When I googled them I got information that they were out of Lagos, Nigeria. Both are associated with spam and the 41.203.69.3 is associated with a group named Globacom Ltd. Should I be worried here? I know Malwarebytes did block them and the download still remained intact but it just seems a bit odd to me. Anyone have any advice?
  6. OK I guess you are right here. I tested it out by starting a scan and then minimizing it and the opening it up again and the scan was still running. I'm just used to it minimizing to the task bar. Plus no matter what even after I minimize it when I click on the program to open it up again it still asks for administrative approval. That's why I was getting thrown off track.
  7. Hi guys, A few months back after the new release of Malwarebytes I noticed the program would start when I would shut down my computer. That is unfortunatly still happening but I know that MBAM is working on it. I have a new problem that I would like to see if anyone else is having. When I minimize the program it acts as if I closed it. Is this normal? Basically it seems like the minimize button does the same as the close (x) button,
  8. Awesome! I noticed there was an update to the program today. Unfortunately it has not fixed the above issue described by myself and the poster below me. I am however excited that it is being worked on and hope that it will be successful! Thanks again for your reply!
  9. Awesome! Thank you very much for the feedback. I knew it may have been already addressed but could not find anything that really laid it out there as I was experiancing it.
  10. I have an actual picture I can post as well. I run ESET and never had an issue before the update. I also added MBAM to my ESET exclusions and vise versa with MBAM and ESET. I'm glad I am not the only one with this problem. Any advise from a Mod would be great!
  11. Hey guys, I'm new here. I just wanted to know if anyone else has been experiancing this issue. I noticed today, 3 days after installing the new version, that when I restart or shut down my computer there is a window that would pop up for a split second and then the computer would shut down or restart. I ended up taking a continues picture of about 20 pictures back to back of my computer screen when it was shutting down. After looking at the pictures I cought the window in question that would pop up in one of the photos. Looking at the window it said Malwarebytes on the top left. It looks just like the program window but its blank. Its almost like when I shut down or restart the computer the program starts itself as if I double clicked it to open up. Anyone know what, if anything, I should do? I'm running Windows 7 64-Bit with 8 GB of ram. I did do a uninstall and reinstall of malwarebytes and the issue still continues. Its really not a big deal since I know what it is but I don't feel the program should pop up during a restart or shut down.
