Today, a scan with Malwarebytes Premium found banker.trojan on my computer. it was quarantined. However, I am concerned this could still be an issue. in addition, is there a way to know if this malware was able to steal any information. I would appreciate any help on this issue. Thank you

I have been having the same problem with Malwarebytes Premium not appearing in the notification area. I tried re-installing over the existing installation, as well as a clean uninstall and complete reinstall. Both methods resulted in the icon appearing the first reboot and then it disappears for subsequent reboots. this is on a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium Sp1 with Avast 2017 Free antivirus.

I only scanned http://dk-media.s3.amazonaws.com without the media/1oa7m/downloads/318755/hpp.html on the end. Does this mean the organization's website has been hacked? Should I notify the webmaster?

The webpage for an organization I belong to is blocked. The domain that is listed is dk-media.s3.amazonaws.com. I scanned it with Virus Total and only Emsisoft flags it as phishing site. Is this a false positive or could it safely be considered for an exception? Thanks

I see Mirror Creator is now blocked in version 3. My understanding is blocked because it is used to distribute pirated versions of Malwarebytes. Is that correct?

Version 2 shows it is updating on a regular basis. A couple of sites I have noted this on are MirrorCreator and Zippyshare. I look forward to additional responses.

I upgraded one of my computers to MBAM 3.xx after waiting in hopes of the various bugs being worked out. I immediately noticed certain sites consistently blocked as malware by version 2.xx are not blocked by version 3.xx. In fact in testing some I got a malware alert from Avast (which is rare for me), but nothing from MBAM. Is anyone else experiencing this? I think I may go back to version 2.xxx.

I too am receiving the messages regarding updating. The last message I got states the new version is ready to install. I do not want to update at this point in time. How do you get rid of the nagging messages to update?
