  1. Hi again Wyatt, It would seem as though this may have been a false positive a couple days ago and has since been repaired. I've been unable to create a detection using our current databases. Could you request that your customer updates Malwarebytes Antimalware and performs a new scan and report back if this issue persists. Thank you, Dave
  2. Hi Wyatt, we will look into this right away and get back to you.
  3. No problem Fred_ I did not notice an issue with your English.
  4. Yes that's correct Fred_ like I said it DOES appear to be part of the FP
  5. Mikebob, Please post the MBAM log.
  6. Fred_, Those do appear to be part of the mentioned FP.
  7. I'm reopening and moving this post to the correct forum Although David was correct that this was the wrong sub-forum to post this in I'm wondering if you could provide us with a bit more information. We would like to know the phone number and the website url that was presented to you. To work around the issue you could save MBAM Premium to a CD or USB stick to move it over to the second computer and install it from there.
  8. Sorry for the delay, the def for these will be in the next update.
  9. This is not a false positive, please review the following thread for more information on our PUP detection:
  10. The 2 files are not a false positive but are improperly named. They will be renamed in the next database to PUP.Optional.InstallCore.
  11. FP

This does appear to be a false positive and will be fixed in the next database update.
