hi Kevin thank you so much for your help! i´m attaching everything you requested. my only concern is that the issue is happening on chrome and explorer is set as the main browser and i can´t seem to be able to change that, so not sure if that´d affect any of these things you asked me to do... (for ex: if these apps would research malware only on explore)... and btw i´m in Brasil so the logs could be in portuguese.. if you think it´s a problem i could try redoing this and see if i can fix this problem (meaning setting chrome as the main browser). thank you! i use google chrome as my main browser but probably because i watch a lot of streaming recently i noticed the browser became really slow (for instance i´m doing this on explorer because this website would not open on chrome) and often a random window will open (browser hijacking?). i tried scanning the laptop with hitman pro, malwarebytes, Avast, spybot, and they often indicate threats and clean them but the random window always comes back. can anyone help me? thank you!

omg thi thing keeps showing up everytime i run malwarebytes. it seems to quarentine but it shows up again and my internet is acting all crazy. i´ll click and a random page will open, lots of pop-ups.. its driving me crazy! can anyone help me? malwarebytes doesnt seem to be able to help me :( i dont know what to do.... im tired of random pages opening.. not to mention im really scare of my safety like doing online banking! yikes! thank you.

malwarebytes says everything is fine, AVG too, but my laptop is really slow and my downloads are taking hours... is it possible that maybe things aren´t fine? can anyone help out? thanks!

i had an antivirus and for some reason turned it off (cant remember why) and forgot to turn it back on (I know, stupid!) and used torrent and etc.. then noticed weird activities like my internet getting very slow, getting errors all the time and when i downloaded anti viruses (such as AVG) i found a couple threats (sorry, won´t remember the names, but something like candy?).. anyway, it would be nice if anyone could help me do something like i did on this other time i had a problem on this thread (see attached) and see what could be affecting my laptop because my downloads are very slow, everything seems weird... i have tried restoring to a previous point (english is not my main language btw) but not much changed... help, anyone? thank you.
