  6. Hi Kevin, Here is the log from Malwarebytes. It's now working, I can now turn on the Real-Time Protection. Should I continue with the Farbar Recovery Scan?
  7. Hi Kevin, Thanks for letting me know. I have deleted UTorrent. I installed Rkill and it ran okay but in the middle of the scan, I got a pop-up saying "Terminates malware processes so that you can run your normal security programs. has stopped working" Let me know what to do. Many thanks, Jamie
  8. Hi, I'm using Windows 7 Professional. I was prompted to Turn On the Real-Time Protection for the computer. But when I turn it on, I get this error message, "The specific service does not exist as an installed service. (Error Code: 0x80070424). This is both for Windows Security Essentials and Defender.
