I finally bought the Malware and anti-exploit premium
package. It would not install on my computer so i called support. The customer support agent right away went to the event log
to show me how many errors i had and that was why it could not be installed. He said i would need to pay someone
to fix those issues or i could not install Malware. He even had access of my computer. For every product that i have called for support
that seems to be the famous answer. Cash first to fix mistakes and then help. After another attempt at it i finally was able to install Malware
to my computer. It Just shows that costumer support is not always right and most of them do not take the time to help you. All they want
is money money money. I am disappointed at the customer service i have received numerous times by Malware and other companies.
Anyways just thought i would share that.
