  1. I have a subscription on a hard drive that died. How can I cancel the subscription on the dead computer and activate it on a new computer?
  2. I was able to reboot and get Malwarebytes to turn on. So far it hasn't turned off again so maybe I'm fixed. Thanks for trying to help.
  3. I updated my Malwarebytes software to 3.06 recently and when I started my computer today, I got a message saying Real-Time protection layers turned off. I clicked turn it on but the pop up came popping up so I went into protection Settings and noticed web protection was in deed turned off. I have been trying to turn it on but all it says is "starting" and won't turn on. I'm using Windows 10.
  4. I clicked on a link and got a blue screen and a pop up saying I had a virus and needed to call some number to remove it. The only way I could close the browser was by going into task manager and ending the task. I rebooted my computer then tried to open the browser again but the same screen and message came back. I ran malware but it didn't find any virus. Does this mean I'm safe or is there something else I need to do?
