  1. I solved the problem on my own. Sorry for rushing into making a thread. I went into Services and restarted Windows Audio Endpoint Builder. Seems to have removed it.
  2. Today I noticed there was something on my volume mixer called 'Name Not Available'. It has not made any sounds as far as I know and after shutting down all my regular programs that would show up in the volume mixer I am convinced it is not related to any of my usual programs. I scanned using Norton and eventually Malwarebytes, nothing suspicious showed up and I started googling, ended up here. I also made a Farbar scan after reading other threads and have attached the txt files from the scan. Any help would be appreciated. FRST.txt Addition.txt
