  1. Good point for those who use ISP mail. I don't so does not apply to me.
  2. Sorry, didn't write down the #. Not in spam, hardly get any anyway. Don't know how to send private message on here.
  3. Kaspersky AntiVirus. To be clear, the premium version did work for a while when I first downloaded it, then suddenly stopped after a few days.
  4. It's not working . All I get is (Trial) (Not Responding) then it says ID and Key not valid. I've done everything I can.
  5. I've emailed for help several times. No one answers. Ever. If it's not working with Win 10, I want my money back. I've done all I can and feeling ripped off.
  6. If I'm smart enough to do the install, uninstall, etc., then I certainly know how to enter an ID and a Key #.
  7. I purchased Anti-exploit, put in keys, it worked. Anti-exploit stopped working a few days later. I followed all the instructions to test, remove any leftovers, uninstall and redownload. Now it refuses to recognize the ID and KEY. I'm very frustrated and getting near anger. I have PROOF that I purchased this.
