  1. Advised on another forum that the FP had been fixed by Avast and followed the posters suggestion to try a re-install. It worked and all ok now. Thanks for your input.
  2. Hi and thanks for your quick reply. I do have Avast and will therefore follow your advice to contact support there.I should say that in an attempt to fix the problem, I uninstalled MBAM and tried without success to reinstall. So left without malware protection I have downloaded a freebie meantime.
  3. Went to do a scan and found this: When I tried to enable protection an error message appeared. What should I do please?
