I am having the same issue. I am also regretting installing this new version. Lame. Warning constantly popping up. Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted and etc... When I open the application it indicates everything is on.

I believe I have experienced a false-positive with latest version of Malwarebytes. VirusTotal.com reports no detections for malware during scan of quarantined file restored and uploaded for scan (0/42).
