Wild Tangent did not show up in Add/Remove or in my program files. I found that it came preinstalled in my HP computer, so I went to the HP repair applications, reinstalled it, and then it showed up in Add/Remove so I could then uninstall it. It was just annoying to have this program start up and seem to stall the boot process. But, so far so good. It is not doing that anymore. Thanks so much for your reply. Hopefully my problem is now solved.

How can I get Wild Tangent off my computer? I do not play games and it seems this has something to do with online games. I was told Malwarebytes was the best at removing this. I am running Malwarebytes and it does not remove Wild Tangent. Any advice? Thanks.
