  1. When I go to update Java, it asks what platform I have and it gives me 3 choices: Windows, Windows Intel Itanium, or Windows x64? Can you tell by my logs which one I should choose? When I go to my Control Panel and system info, it says that I have Intel
  2. LOL! That's what I forgot to do! I just updated it and when I open WMP it doesn't do it anymore. Thanks!
  3. I'm still getting the pop-up when I open WMP - is it still OK to start using WMP again?

  5. It happens RIGHT AFTER I open WMP, before I even do anything else. Ever since I started getting the IP block pop-up, I haven't been listening to music in the program because I'm uncomfortable having the program open now.
  6. noknojon, I'm attaching the DDS and Attach logs again - let me know if they open now. DDS.txt Attach.txt
  7. I did in the HiJackThis forum, but nobody's answered the thread I started there yet.
  8. Yeah, I saw those nasty site names in another post. Lovely. I don't know how I got this mess on my computer because I certainly wasn't on trash like that. The only thing I can think of is that I was surfing the web for hours last night and I must have gotten something then.
  9. I accidently posted a "quick scan" log instead of the full scan log from MB. I've attached the full one here. mbam_log_2010_09_25__02_29_35_.txt
  10. I have the full paid version of Malwarebytes and each time that I open Windows Media Player now, Malwarebytes keeps displaying the message "Anti-Malwarebytes has successfully blocked IP 213.174.154.144 ". It just started today after I was doing a lot of playing on the internet earlier. So I ran a full scan with MB checking everything and it said there were no infections and I also did a full scan with my anti-virus and it also came up with no results. I was instructed to come here and post the "Attach," "DDS," and Malwarebytes logs and I have attached them to this post. I could not get GMER to work though (it kept freezing my computer). Please let me know what to do next. Thank you. Attach.zip protection_log_2010_09_25.zip
  11. ME TOO! This just started happening to me too and that same IP keeps coming up whenever I open WMP.
  12. Hello, I have the full paid version of Malwarebytes and each time that I open Windows Media Player now, Malwarebytes keeps displaying the message "Anti-Malwarebytes has successfully blocked IP........". It just started today after I was doing a lot of playing on the internet earlier. So I ran a full scan with MB checking everything and it said there were no infections and I also did a full scan with my anti-virus and it also came up with no results. Do you have any suggestions? I'm just worried because I don't understand why it's just when I open Windows Media Player. Thanks
