  1. The Restart is only for the MB program, not a Windows restart. Jim
  2. I have also run Malwarebytes and Norton for years with no problems. Jim 👌
  3. What is that option used for and when should it be turned on? Jim 😎
  4. The FP is back so I disable "use expert" option again. Jim 😎
  5. The PE_Rom.dll file has been whitelisted. You can try and delete the HubbleCache file. I had the same problem and that worked.
  6. I have been getting the same FP since last MB update. I found it is caused by a new scan option that was turned on. I read on here that this option is experimental and causes FP. I am still getting that FP this morning. I have turned that option OFF and all is fine.
  7. Two of my system in daily use now show the same new location. My Laptop which has been off since last Thursday still had the older option location. I ran update and then a restart and no change. I just checked again and it has changed to the new location. I don't care how it happen but it's done.
  8. Old saying a picture is worth a thousands words. So you saved yourself 6000 words😀
  9. Still confused. Is mine correct are should it be under Advanced Settings?? Jim
  10. This is what I have on my 3 systems and others show it in Advanced Settings. I updated from previous versions.
  11. Latest Beta CP 1.0.1025 fixed the report delete problem. Thanks, Jim 👍
  12. Just updated to Beta 4.2.0.82 CU 1.0.1017 and I can not delete reports. Anyone else see this? Jim 😱
  13. See this topic. https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/261111-performance-issue-with-windows-10-2004/
  14. I believe it is a request to restart Malwarebytes not the PC. Read the notice closely. Jim
  15. Check Malwarebytes update Now at 1.0.19000 and CP 1.0.823. Should clear the False Positives. 😎
  16. Mine is OK now and have Update Package 1.0.19000 but also got Component Package 1.0.823. Was this part of the fix also? Jim 😀
  17. Here is my options on Windows startup. It does not scan but it has Real-Time protection.
  18. In life you need to learn to ignore some things. The first time I clicked the banner Get Full Protection and realized it for just a way to get Malwarebytes which I have had for years. I now hardly notice it. Jim 😎
  19. That is correct. No indication of anything. After removal and new install it is working fine. Try this current forum site. I got 39 Add network and trackers hits. Jim
  20. I just receive the new Browser Guard extension for Firefox through auto-update. Same story I had with the Chrome version. No hits with the new extension. I had to remove it and did a new install and now it is working fine. I tried a Private window and with that option turned on in the extension it works also. All is good. Jim 😎
  21. My bad. I should of been in the Chrome forum. Using Edge Beta the extension did not work after an update from old version. I had to do a clean install to get it working. I was NOT in a InPrivate window. I tried an InPrivate window and it prevents extensions from working although they are still on. I had to turn on the InPrivate option on each of my extensions and now they work. Jim 😎
  22. I got it through auto-update and I found it was not getting any hits on the same sites that the old version had hits. I deleted the new extension and installed from the store. Now it is getting hits. Jim 😎
  23. I got the Chrome extension 2 days ago with auto-update. This is on Vivaldi and Edge Beta (chromium). The older version was showing some hits but this new version showed 0 hits on same sites. I deleted the new extension and installed it from the store. Now it is working correctly and now getting hits. On Vivaldi it went to work right away but on Edge it asked for an e-mail address before I could use it. Jim 😎
  24. The Chrome extension on Edge Beta and Vivaldi did an auto-update so we shall see what it does on Firefox. I had to turn on the permissions and the settings but it is working great. Jim 😁
