  1. Hi, Ive been scanning the forums for a solution to this problem but nothing seems to help. Quick scanning is ok but everytime I perform a full scan, it stops randomly around 30 mins into the scan. no error message comes up on the the mbam application, but i get a Windows message saying the program has stopped working. no logs come out on mbam since the program just stops prematurely, but when I checked the Windows error logs I get these same details even on the previous attempts i did in the past several tries: Product Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Problem Stopped working Date 2/24/2011 6:49 PM Status Report Sent Problem signature Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: mbam.exe Application Version: 1.50.1.3 Application Timestamp: 4d0fe807 Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18327 Fault Module Timestamp: 4cb73436 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00066277 OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 399b Additional Information 2: d5e8ef9c743cde226f497aebcc3b7068 Additional Information 3: a8b0 Additional Information 4: f602b044879e59369dff945da2459bb9 Files that help describe the problem (some files may no longer be available) Version.txt AppCompat.txt minidump.mdmp I have tried several times reinstalling the program and even making sure it's always updated, but it stops in the same manner and the error logs shows the EXACT same thing. pls help...
