  1. Hi Temple, There is nothing worse for us than to read something like this. Our malware intel team will investigate so the more information you can provide about how you came across this phone number the better. It is a constant battle for us with fake companies pretending to be Malwarebytes Tech Support and then doing a remote access on to your PC. WE WILL NEVER REMOTE ACCESS ON TO YOUR MACHINE. That is the first warning sign of a potential scammer. Also if you do give them your credit card and later find out you were frauded you can always call the credit card company and issue a chargeback with the reason being fraud. It is the only way to get your money back. Glad you didn't pay as they would have undoubtedly scammed you. If you can remember how you came across that number let us know so we can investigate further.

  5. 1. Not yet, but it's in the roadmap for this product line (bootable will be made available to all existing Techbench USB customers first). 2. We could consider but according to the PM for the tool (exile360) once it's bootable, it won't be needed; at least not when running outside Windows because infections can't infect the drive outside Windows. 3. Yes! We have an upgrade path since you are existing tech customer. Contact your sales rep direct. Or PM me and I can have someone reach out to you.
  6. Can you PM me your number and/or email? Will have someone get back to you today.

  13. I see your point...to an extent. Also I do not see anywhere that both products are bundled? The products are sold separately and independent of one another. Like I said, this predates my time at Mbam...BUT I will escalate your concerns.
  14. Hey all, Just saw this thread and wanted to jump in. They had approached us at Mbam (before my time) about working together on a product to help their users. We felt it was a great idea to hit a new market which is why they have a rebranded or white label version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Nothing more to it. Malwarebytes for more markets was the thinking. Hope this helps!
  15. HI there! Can you please send me a PM with your email address? Will have someone in Sales get in touch. Regards,
