I am having the same problem protection is turning of for WEB and Malware protection. Downloaded MB-Clean 3.1.0.1002: it uninstalled then rebooted and then reinstalled. Still getting same problem. Downloaded and used MB-Check 3.1.0.1002 will attach zip file I am using version 3.1.21733 Windows 10 PRO version 1703 Build 15063.296 EDIT : Ran a scan and it lasted 00.00.03 mb-check-results.zip -
question about licence.

I had brought a lifetime license for Malwarebytes version 2. I also brought a license for exploit protection 1 year. I am now using version 3.0.5 and when i check my account in gui all i can see is my license for the lifetime subscription. There is no license there for exploit protection, but all is working. I do not have it set auto renewal so i assume I will be notified when renewal is nearly due.

Have shut down computer twice and all seems okay now. must just have been a glitch. -
Booted up computer, and got normal warnings about realtime protection not turned on. Clicked pop up but pop up would reappear straight away. I opened Malwarebytes and Web Protection showed turned off. Tried to start manual and all it said was starting waited 10 minutes, still would not start. Rebooted and same problem , but after clicking on pop up Web Protection started this time. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Did the above, but after reinstalling, installation stopped and asked to do a reboot, which I did, but still not working. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalled, with out doing step 5- Delete the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Working okay now. Thanks for your help -

As title says. I use the free version I installed over the top of version 1.08.1.1196, after 2 reboots still did not start,icon not showing in task bar, no notification when I opened FireFox. Uninstalled and reinstalled still no luck. Have gone back to older version 1.08.1.1196, all is working fine

I have done what was requested. Still no joy. In C:\Program Files.For Bitdefender their was two folders Bitdefender and Bitdefender Agent. Tried with Just Bitdefender Folder. Also tried with Bitdefender and Bitdefender Agent folders excluded. Thanks for your assistance. one.txt
