  3. Hi, Download Security Check to your desktop. Save it to your Desktop. Double click SecurityCheck.exe to run the program A black window will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen A notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt Download AdwCleaner to your desktop. Close all open programs and internet browsers Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool Click on Delete. Confirm each time with OK. Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart. Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer. You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[s1].txt as well. If you still have Combofix, please delete it. We will download a new version. You might want to print print out or copy these instructions into notepad. Please download Comboxfix from one of these links and save it to your desktop. Link 1 Link 2 Before running Combofix, please turn off any security software you have running. If you need help with this, please read this here. Combofix may need to reboot your computer more than once to do its job; this is normal. 1. Close any open browsers and any other programs that are open. 2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix. Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts. When finished, it will produce a report for you. Note 1: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.   4. I would just plug it in and let your anti-virus scan it. If you only backed up your iTunes library, I would think it should be OK.
  5. Looks good! One final thing, please hit the Windows key and R at the same time to open the run dialog. Type in or copy in combofix /Uninstall (make sure to get the space between the x and /). This will clean out the tools we used. The tools on the desktop that we downloaded (TDSSKiller, AdwCleaner, and Secrurity Check) can also be deleted as well.
  6. Everything in that log looks OK. Could you please update Malwarebytes definitions under the update tab, run a quick scan, and post that new log? How are things running?

  8. I would recommend uninstalling the SpeedyPC application. Please run these tools next. Download Security Check by screen317 from here. Save it to your Desktop. Double click SecurityCheck.exe to run the program. A black window will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen. Hi, First off, did you pay for or knowingly install this software: SpeedyPC Pro Next, please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall the following programs: Ask Toolbar Babylon toolbar on IE Funmoods on IE and Chrome Java™ 6 Update 33 SanctionedMedia Then do the following: Download TDSSKiller and extract the zip to your desktop. Double-click on TDSSKiller.exe to launch the program Click on Change Parameters once the window opens Under Additional Options check the box next to Detect TDLFS File System Click OK Click on Start Scan If any malicious are found, select Cure. However, if there is no option to cure, select Skip Click on Continue then Reboot Now After your computer reboots, under the C:\ drive, there should be a log name something similar to TDSSKiller.(numbers and underscores)_log.txt In your next reply, please post that log
