  2. Hi, The paid version download link in my reciept email has expired and I restored my PC recently and forgot to back up the file. How do I re-download it? Joe
  3. One word, WOW, they just replied with a link to my receipt, reg code and everything. Thanks again! Impressive support, Joe
  4. thaanks for the quick reply! I am sweating it out. Malwarebytes got me out of some serious situations. I feel naked without it,,,,, lol Joe
  5. A virus recently made my PC unbootable and I had to do a restore to a prior date than when I got my registration email. I emailed 'cs@cleverbridge.com' as was mentioned in another post but I wanted to post here to see if we can expidite this. How long do they usualy take to answer emails. I hasten to reinstall anything further until my resident protection is enabled. As it is this is a fresh install and I just lost 2 days worth of work, reinstalls, configs etc... Thanks for any help!! Joe
  6. Joe: Was reading your post, but got distracted, reading your system Specs. That is one sweeeeet machine ! What's todays going price for one of these babys & did you build it yourself ? Thanks, Ken

  7. Suddenly at boot up this morning and with no apparent reason Malwarebytes failed giving me me the error "The Mbam.exe service has terminated unexpectedly. Please check your event logs" I tried using the cleanup tool and reinstalling AND deleting the rules.ref file and re updating the program but to no avail nothing is working. Everything was working fine yesterday and all of a sudden I get this problem today. Please help me with any suggestions ASAP! Joe Lore Fall River, MA
  8. Never mind, it stopped. I turned off UAC alltogether then restarted it and it went away. Must have been a glitch. Joe
  9. Hi, Whenever I boot and the resident part of Malwarebytes runs I get the typical blue UAC window asking if I want to allow it. Now I used to run it in Admin mode so it could do all it's cleaning etc unincumbered. I turned that off but I still get the UAC windows ever time I boot up. I had turned UAC off completely but had second thoughts about it as I think it is actualy a usefull tool. Is there a way to prevent this from coming up every time I bootup? Thanks, Joe Lore Fall River, MA
  10. Hi Joe Lore here, Since I bought your product and began real time protection I have noticed a slight slowdown in starting and running IE9 x32 on my Windows 7 x64 system. I do not use IE9 x64 much yet because it's support is very lacking right now. Does Malwarebytes interact in anyway with IE9 that would cause this or is there any reason you can think of for why this is happening? Big fan of the software otherwise. I am trying to talk my dad into buying it.... Thanks, Joe Lore Fall River, MA
  11. Sorry for the fat fingers. That last sentance should read : Should I even worry if it is coming up just late or is there something I must do? All else is working great. Love your software.
  12. Hi Joe Lore here, Got a wierd problem with V.1.51.0.1200. When I first boot up and my auto protection loads the "Web protection" module is unckecked. BUT I was looking arouns the forums and was going to try some things but when I looked back at the status it was checked ok. Should this module take a while to activate? Ahouls I even worry if it is coming up just late or is there something I must do? All else is working great. Love your software. Joe Lore Fall River, MA
