Computer has virus. I have Avast, ran boot time scan, now desktop is blank programs seem to be gone, and thankfully I'm able to access web via firefox. Found blogs/forums stating I need to download MB to scrub some leftovers. When I double click mbam... I get "access denied". I've been told you can probably help. Please help. Thank you in advance for anything you can do.
