right click on icon and select run as admin to start tool. Where is this icon?

All I get when I click is a tiny little image.

Is the blue "fix with farbar recovery scan" suppose to be clickable?

Sorry I got lost. I downloaded the attached file and saved it to my desktop. I don't know where the icon is that you are referring for right click.
